Built in public. The launch notes email carries the same list, only when there is something to say.

Instagram and TikTok, plans that sell coverage, and the post read before a word is written

    • Instagram and TikTok are on Outposts as comment sections: it finds the reel, post or video your buyers are watching, reads it, and drafts the comment for you to post. TikTok drafts are one line, because TikTok caps a comment at 150 characters.
    • Plans are Solo and Pro per venture, sold on how hard the outposts look (every network, search cadence, a year of lookback on Pro, Run now presses a day) instead of a number of replies that no niche can promise. Every reply worth writing is written.
    • Before any reply is written Outposts reads the post itself, and a thread whose search excerpt did not match the post is judged again on the real text or let go.
    • Replies are two or three sentences at most, everywhere.
    • Run now is metered per plan so a busy afternoon of pressing it cannot outspend the plan; the outposts keep searching on their own in between.

Replies that read like a person, YouTube without the gatekeeping, and named accounts

    • Drafts are short now: two to four sentences, one paragraph, written the way someone types on their phone. The specific habits that made replies read as generated (clipped fragments, neat opposites, a profound last line) are banned outright.
    • YouTube works like Reddit: the outpost finds the video and drafts the comment, you post it. No Google sign-in, no verification, and no permission to touch your channel.
    • Name your accounts whatever you like ("Scott Wilder Bluesky") instead of squinting at handles.
    • Fixed: a network whose searches were all failing reported a quiet day instead of an error. Reddit and YouTube now say so.

Reddit, honestly: you post it, and warming still applies

    • Reddit closed self-serve API access, so Outposts no longer posts there and no longer claims to. It finds the thread, checks the subreddit's rules and drafts the reply; you post it in one tap from your own account.
    • Add the handle you post from and the warming lane, the daily caps and the 90/10 rule are computed against it. No password, ever.
    • A new account is not handed a pitch to paste: drafts arrive without a product mention and say when it unlocks.
    • An aged account starts further along: Outposts reads your public profile for account age and karma.
    • Multiple handles per venture, each warming on its own clock.

    • Google Search Console: queries you rank for feed the writer and the evergreen pillars.
    • Use-case, agent, integration and free-tool pages, a contact form, and the legal pages.
