A search on one network costs 2 tokens, a written reply 3; asking the Outpost is free. Top-ups from $25 never expire. Billed per venture, cancel any time.
See the full pricingMost tools in this category get their customers banned, and a few got shut down themselves. This page is the whole design, in plain language, so you can judge it before you connect an account. It is also the document our own team is held to.
Public threads, on a fixed cadence with a monthly cap. Never a bulk scrape, and never more than a careful person would open.
Nothing, anywhere. It writes drafts; you post them from your own account. What it drafts is shaped by the warming lane, the caps and the rules it read.
Every reply goes out from an account you own, posted by you. There are no managed accounts, no bought accounts, no stealth accounts and no account farm behind the curtain. Outposts holds no credential for any social network: it reads the networks through public search, you name the handle you post from, and you press the button.
On X, the X outpost reads public search only, never your login, and you post every reply yourself.
Bans come from new accounts that promote on day one. A new account spends its first weeks only being helpful: no links, no product mentions, no original posts. The lane opens in stages as the account earns a track record, and on Reddit an account you have used for years starts further along because Outposts reads its public age and karma. You post everything by hand, so the lane works the only way it can: Outposts does not write you a pitch to paste until the account has earned one. That is the difference between a tool that warns you and a tool that stops you.
Moderators judge you by the ratio of contribution to promotion. Outposts holds every account to a promotional ratio, so at least nine in ten things it publishes are plain help with no product in them. A promotional draft that would tip the ratio waits.
Each subreddit's rules are fetched and summarised before the first draft, and refreshed weekly. Where links or self-promotion are not allowed, the draft never contains them. Where a community wants a minimum account age or karma, the account waits until it qualifies.
When a reply mentions your product it says so plainly, in a phrase you chose, once, and only when the thread is asking for a tool. Never a homepage link in every comment. Never a "what do you think of my tool?" post.
The Outposts service never posts anywhere. It writes the reply and you post it from your own account, on every network and every plan; the Mac app can press Post for you, but only on your own computer, from your own signed-in account, once you turn that on. Marking drafts ready on their own is earned after you keep a run untouched on a platform, lost the moment you hold or reject one, and it never means posting. It holds no password or token for any social account, so there is nothing to leak and nothing mechanical for a platform to flag.
Each account gets a daily health check: karma or follower changes, removals, cooldowns, and a shadowban test. Falling health slows the account down. A shadowban or a wave of removals resets it to the start of the warming lane, and the venture's other accounts keep going.
Outposts never votes, likes, follows, mass-messages or coordinates accounts. It does not read private data and it does not scrape beyond the public endpoints each platform provides for the accounts you connected.
Reddit closed self-serve API access and reviews every request by hand; automated posting is the thing that review exists to refuse. X charges for it, LinkedIn does not offer it, YouTube wants a permission that could delete your channel. Rather than hold a different credential for each and promise each platform something different, Outposts holds none: it finds the thread, checks the community's rules, drafts the reply, and hands it to you with one tap that opens the thread with the text ready. You press the button, from your own account, like a person. Everything that makes Outposts worth paying for still runs, the intent scoring, the rules check, the warming lane, the 90/10 rule, all of it computed against the handle you tell us you post from. It reads conversations through one search source on a fixed cadence, never bulk-scrapes, never resells data, and no single platform decides whether your marketing runs.
